New at Luke-Dorf: Peer Brokerage Program in Multnomah County

Luke-Dorf has shown a strong commitment to Peer Delivered Services and is optimistic about the transformative power of customer-driven care. The agency has long-standing peer employees on all levels of service delivery and program development.
The new brokerage program, Self Directed Services, is completely Peer Delivered and follows the established model for person-centered planning. Customers enrolled in this program are served independently of traditional mental health care.
