Facility Administrator – Tigard, FT position. Job duties include: Practice cost containment (in overtime, purchasing, etc.), manage duties within appropriate time frames, maintain program records and data banks in compliance with applicable OAR’s, assure an adequate number of employees are available at all times to meet the treatment, health and safety needs of the residents, assure that all employees are trained in employee safety procedures prior to beginning their first regular shift. (BA/BS in related field, previous management experience, experience with severe mental illness and experience working in a residential setting are required.)

House Manager – Tigard, FT position. Job duties include: recreational, social and skills training, service plan and progress notes, staff, milieu and medication management. (BA/BS in related field and/or 3 years experience in the mental health field is required.)

Residential Counselor – We are accepting applications for Full time, Part time and On-Call Residential Counselors. Job duties include: Assisting clients with daily living skills, administering medication, clinical documentation, providing and coordinating pro-social activities and performing various household tasks.

Outreach Worker – Washington County, FT position. The Outreach Worker will respond to self-referrals from homeless individuals and to community referrals from hospitals, emergency rooms, jails, shelters, and other referral sources.  This position will provide the bridge into services for individuals who are currently unengaged in mental health treatment.  The position will be based largely in the community, providing outreach as needed for homeless individuals throughout Washington County, and following them through the steps of engagement and their entry into services. (Masters in psychology, social work, or a behavioral sciences field, as well as experience with duel diagnosis and severe mental illness is required)

Service Coordinator – Tigard, FT position. Service Coordinators coordinate client services within and outside the agency.  The position has the ultimate responsibility of developing, implementing and monitoring services to clients.  There is a philosophical commitment at the agency to provide frequent out of office experiences.  There are also significant administrative responsibilities in terms of documentation, reauthorization, and other regularly occurring events.  Residential Service Coordinators manage clients residing in Luke-Dorf, Inc. residential programs and report to the Residential Services Director. (Master’s level degree in a social services field is required, three plus years post-grad experience is preferred.)
