Luke-Dorf, Inc. is the second largest provider of licensed residential services in the state of Oregon. We operate nine State Licensed Mental Health Residences and one State Licensed Drug & Alcohol Residence with a total of 85 beds throughout Multnomah and Washington Counties. These programs provide structured housing and support in a welcoming, home-like setting. They are designed to promote Recovery and enable residents to move to more independent housing on their own timeline.

Each Licensed Residence offers:

• Spacious bedrooms are either private or shared with one roommate
• Shared common areas, bathrooms and kitchen facilities
• Large, peaceful outdoor spaces
• Three nutritious meals and snacks daily
• 24-hour awake staff
• Medication management
• Individual case management on-site
• Support and assistance with activities of daily living
• Cleaning and personal hygiene items
• Shared washer and dryer
• House van for staff-led outings
• Group outings to nearby stores, library, parks and more
• Assistance with transportation to and from appointments
• Fun group activities: games, art projects, cooking, celebrations for special occasions, and more

	Bridge City Recovery is distinct from other Licensed Residences in that it is designed for dually diagnosed individuals and funded through a partnership with Multnomah County’s Department of Community Justice (DCJ).
