Outpatient Service Centers
Luke-Dorf operates two Outpatient Service Centers (Luke-Dorf West in Tigard and Luke-Dorf East in NE Portland) that offer a full continuum of services, and supports tailored to meet the needs of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. The Hollow (Downtown Portland) focuses on Intensive Case Management services. Luke-Dorf Hillsboro which provides comprehensive services for individuals in need of both mental health and housing support services.
Each individual enrolled with Luke-Dorf works closely with a Service Coordinator on a personalized treatment plan that identifies strengths, areas of interest, and goals. Counseling is offered in both group and individual settings. Our interdisciplinary team includes Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Service Coordinators, Housing Specialists, Skill Trainers, Employment Specialists, and more.

Homeless Outreach
|

Luke-Dorf’s Washington County Homeless Outreach Program provides outreach, emergency assistance, and case management to homeless persons with serious mental illness. Our Field Outreach Team connects with homeless people throughout the county and identifies and assists those in the population who are dealing with mental illness. They available to respond to referrals from homeless individuals, hospital emergency rooms, jails, homeless shelters, drop-in centers, police, and the general community. Those willing to engage in mental health treatment are connected with a services and supports that best suits their individual needs and desires.

Dual Recovery Program

Luke-Dorf operates a State Licensed Dual Recovery program for individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. We utilize the Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment model, an evidence-based practice shown to be effective and have lasting results among this population. The program provides integrated assessments, small group therapy sessions, and individual counseling with staff who are both Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors and Masters Level Mental Health Professionals. Dual Recovery staff work as a part of the client’s entire treatment team, providing fully integrated, comprehensive treatment. The program is available to outpatient clients as well as those who live in our various residences.
